Who: LA County Public Works, AQMD, LA County Fire, LA County Sheriff, Edison, Glendale Chapter Red Cross, LA County Animal Control, Insurance Representatives, LA County Flood Control, Highway Patrol, Representatives for LA County Supervisors office and State Legislature as well as others.
